Definitively traditional with as less intervention as possible in the cellar. The main job stays in the vineyard.

Tasting Note

Definitively and literally explosive, the nose offers a beautiful palette of ripe fruits such as apricot, yellow peaches, mirabelle plum and citrus fruits. The mouth, crispy and juicy, is fresh with a nice saltiness.

Drinking temperature is preferably 11 degrees
