A classic Italian-style meatball seasoned to perfection is served with fresh-made marinara and covered with mozza and shaved Parmesan. So many possibilities with these. Pasta, meatball subs, serve over cauliflower purée or creamy polenta. 

Ingredients: 
beef, pork, parmesan, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, parsley, tomato, cream, olive oil, chilis, mozzarella, Parmesan. 

Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place tray on a baking sheet and cover with tin foil. Place on the middle rack and heat for 45 minutes or an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Serve immediately.
