The 2024 Warrior Covert QR6 Pro Hockey stick has arrived and is the newest installment of Warrior’s top of the line Covert model. This stick continues to build off the previous QR5 Pro from 2022 and offers some key upgrades.

The Warrior Covert line offers a low kick point for a quick release, enhanced by some of Warrior’s top technologies.

Passed down from the top-of-the-line Covert QR5 Pro, is the Edge Taper. The low kick point on this unique shaft construction with an angular edge drives the flex energy through the hosel allowing for maximum power and release. The geometry of this stick improves response, is more stable, and plays with more strength. The QR6 Pro geometric design is attractive and will help players load up for hard shots with almost no effort while preventing the blade face from opening up. 

Continuing to improve on the previous generation’s technology, Warrior constructed the Covert QR6 Pro with Minimus Carbon 25. This weave is a flat spread tow material that optimizes strength by reducing fiber crimp and deformation in the composite layering. This makes the stick lightweight, yet extremely strong.  

New for the 2024 Covert QR6 Pro stick is PL 188, a completely reengineered shaft construction. This provides weight reduction and improved strength.  Warrior used lower weight fibers and thermoplastic-toughened epoxy resin that creates a consistent level of balance, weight and strength that pro players expect. 

In the blade, Warrior uses their all new redesigned Edge Blade. This technology features a unique shape where the blade meets the ice. This design engages the stick like never before, making it even easier to load for quick release shots. The lightweight polymer blade core wrapped with Minimus Carbon 25 enhances puck feel and reduces blade fatigue. 

The Covert QR6 Pro continues the evolution of the top-of-the-line Warrior low kick stick. The QR6 Pro combines technologies that provide unmatched load and release, while giving players optimal feel and durability.
