Released on September 3rd 1996 by Royal Mail and was a limited edition release celebrating 50 years of Childrens TV and includes a Post Card which was a copy of the Stamp design by Tutssels, an untorn sheet of 25 31p first class stamps and the original Royal Mail advertising flyer that shows the 5 different stamps in the collection. This fantastic Unique Limited Edition set incudes the Post Card that features an image of a design of the 31p stamp by Tutssels, which was based on Gerry Andersons Stingray and features Captain Troy Tempest the pilot of Stingray and the evil sealord Titan and measures 15cms by 10 1/2cms, a whole uncut sheet of 25 x 31p of the stamps that featured on the post card, with each stamp measuring 3 1/2cms by 2 1/2cms, and also includes the original Royal Mail advertising flyer that features the same Stingray stamp and the other 4 stamps in the 50th anniversary series which measures 28cms by 21cms. All items are contained in a wooden frame which measures 39cms by 31cms. Mint condition collectors set put together as a unique item.
