The Blue Sea 6006 Red M Series Battery Switch is engineered for reliable power control in outboard, small gasoline, or diesel engine applications. With a 300-amp continuous rating, 500-amp intermittent rating, and 900-amp 30-second cranking capacity at up to 48 volts DC, it offers robust performance for demanding marine environments. The switch permits single battery to single load switching, featuring tin-plated copper studs that accept 3/8"-16 (M10) ring terminals and accommodate multiple cable terminals up to 4/0 gauge. Its versatile design supports surface front panel, flush, or rear panel mounting. Durable reinforced polycarbonate housing and non-corrosive marine-grade metals ensure longevity. The cover with snap-on sections protects rear terminals from accidental grounding, while breakout tabs enable flexible cable routing. IP66 rated for dust and water resistance, it meets ISO 8846, UL 1500, UL 1107, SAE J1171 ignition protection standards and is CE certified, making it a dependable choice for marine electrical systems. It replaces part number 9006 and accepts #10 mounting screws (sold separately).
