Loading a kayak or SUP on your own can be awkward. Thule WaterSlide makes it a little smoother. It’s a low-friction mat that you lay over the rear section of your roof and secure to the back roof rack bar using two integrated Velcro straps. Once it’s in place, you can slide your craft up onto the load bars without worrying about scuffing the paintwork.

A grippy, non-slip underside and the two integrated Velcro straps help keep the mat steady while you load and unload. The top surface is made from a very low-friction material, so your kayak glides easily as you push it into position.
