The Twist interchangeable knitting needle system from ChiaoGoo features stainless steel needle tips and plastic-coated steel cables.  The needle tips are smooth to the touch, slick, and feature the sharper, Red Lace tips for intricate needlework.  These tips screw into ChiaoGoo's signature, red cables using the included tightening key.  All sets except the minis come in a lovely, zippered fabric case with a red ribbon on the front.  The mini set comes in a mesh zippered pouch that fits inside the standard interchangeable case.  A combination ruler and needle gauge as well as a selection of stitch markers tuck neatly into the front pocket to keep your tools at your fingertips.

Mini sets include needle sizes US 000 (1.5mm), US 00 (1.75mm), US 0 (2mm), US 1 (2.25mm), and US 1.5 (2.5mm) for a total of five sets of tips. Mini needle sizes require mini cables.

Small sets include needle sizes US 2 (2.75mm), US 3 (3.25mm), US 4 (3.5mm), US 5 (3.75mm), US 6 (4mm), US 7 (4.5mm), and US 8 (5mm) for a total of seven sets of tips. Small needle sizes require small cables.

Large sets include needle sizes US 9 (5.5mm), US 10 (6mm), US 10.5 (6.5mm), US 11 (8mm), US 13 (9mm), and US 15 (10mm) for a total of six sets of tips.  Large needle sizes require large cables.

Complete sets include both ranges of needles sizes.  Interchangeable tips in sizes US 2.5 (3mm), US 10.75 (7mm), and US 10.875 (7.5mm) are available for separate purchase.

The four inch length tips have the unique ability to create sixteen inch circulars by attaching the tips to eight inch cables.  The small set includes two small, eight inch cables, a small cord connector, and a set of small end stoppers.  The complete set includes two small, eight inch cables, two large, eight inch cables, a small and a large cord connector, and a set of small and a set of large end stoppers.  To create other lengths of needles, please purchase extra cables separately.

The five inch length tips cannot be used with eight inch cables.  The small set includes one small cable each in fourteen, twenty-two, and thirty inch lengths, a small cord connector, and a set of small end stoppers.  The large set includes one large cable each in fourteen, twenty-two, and thirty inch lengths, a large cord connector, and a set of large end stoppers.  When the ten inches of needle are added, these cords create twenty-four inch, thirty-two inch, and forty inch needles, respectively.  The complete set includes one small cable and one large cable in each of the three aforementioned lengths, small and a large cord connector, and a set of small and a set of large end stoppers.

The mini set comes with one mini cable each in fourteen, twenty-two, and thirty inch lengths, a mini cord connector, and a set of mini end stoppers.  It also has mini tightening keys and rubber needle grippers in a convenient plastic case.  Minis are available as 5" tips or 4" tips.
