Riv-Nail Multi-Driver Kit MRNAT-72/8-MDA2 is the heavy-duty multi-rivet driver kit for the 8-rivet pattern fastener series (R-6, TR-6, R-8). Sized for 72-inch belt widths with the 7/16" (11.1 mm) heavy-duty gauge rod.

Hammer not included. A 4 lb hammer is recommended for production-rate work.

Kit contents: Application tool body (8-rivet capacity), two rivet guide blocks for 8-rivet patterns, two RNMDP-5 multi-rivet drivers, two RNMH-4 4-pound hammers, BG-96 belt and rivet gauge, SL-8 silicone spray, and tote bag.

Why this configuration: Heavy-duty conveyor belts (R-6, TR-6, R-8 series) require the 7/16" gauge rod and the 8-rivet pattern guide blocks. The 5-rivet multi-driver kit (MRNAT-72-MDA1) is for smaller fastener series and will not work with R-6 / R-8 / TR-6 fasteners.

Performance: Drives 5 rivets per blow with one hammer strike. Compared to single-rivet manual driving, reduces splice installation time from 60-90 minutes to 15-25 minutes for production-line work on heavy-duty belts.
