The unique shock cord design accommodates virtually all popular handcuff styles in a single pouch format, eliminating the need for cuff-specific carriers. The TACO hole pattern also allows other items to be stacked against the pouch for a more compact kit footprint.

Additional retention comes from a removable 1" nylon snap closure that can be added or stripped off depending on mission requirements. The hard-sided shell holds up to the full weight of handcuffs without bending, sagging, or deforming — a common failure point in soft-sided cuff carriers.

Attachment system
