Stefano Massone has been involved in the winery and on the vineyards since he was a child, following in the footsteps of his father. They have been improving the quality and running of their vineyards for over 40 years.

Regional information: Monferrato, Piedmont - the rolling hills lead to the Apennine mountains and the sea. The cooling sea breezes are characteristic of the region and create wines with depth, complexity and freshness.

Tasting notes: These delicate grapes produce a medium-bodied wine with a subtle but definite minerality and plentiful apple and pear aromas.

Alcohol by volume: 13.

Units: approximately 10 units per bottle.

Serving suggestions: Try it as an apéritif or with meaty fish dishes such as seared tuna steaks.

Vinification details: The grapes are gently crushed and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for a minimum of 4 months on fine lees and bottled in late spring.
